For every donation of 1000 RSD you get 10 points. Larger donations are proportionally rewarded - for a donation of 5000 RSD you get 50 points.
You can report the problem through the platform with proof of volunteering (photo, witnesses). Our team will verify and award points retroactively.
Yes, all points are saved and count towards the annual MVP. Monthly MVP is determined based on points earned only in that month.
Points can only be deducted in case of platform rule violations or false activity reporting. Regular volunteering and rule compliance guarantees point retention.
