For the MVP platform to function in the best possible way and provide all users with a positive experience, please adhere to the following rules.
Users must use accurate information during registration. False representation is not allowed. Each user can have only one profile.
Communication between users must be decent and constructive. Insults, hate speech and inappropriate content will be removed, and users sanctioned.
All collected funds must be used exclusively for the specified project. Project organizers are required to regularly report on the use of funds.
All projects and activities must comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. Illegal activities are not allowed and will be reported to the authorities.

Every donation is publicly visible (unless the donor wishes to remain anonymous), and project organizers are required to regularly publish reports on the use of funds with attached receipts and proof of implementation.
Yes, but new users have a limit on the value of projects they can propose. After successfully completing a smaller project and collecting positive reviews, users can propose higher value projects.
You can report the problem through the platform with proof of volunteering (photo, witnesses). Our team will verify and award points retroactively.
Yes, all points are saved and count towards the annual MVP. Monthly MVP is determined based on points earned only in that month.
Points can only be deducted in case of platform rule violations or false activity reporting. Regular volunteering and rule compliance guarantees point retention.
